Some say it is the confirmation number found with a code bar on the attached file received by email after completing the DS-260 (it is a XXX00XXXXX form number in my case).
Now Ive seen different informations here regarding that DS-260 Number. The New Applicant form requires both a Case Number (my MTL. The registering website for the courrier services have changed - as everyone knows by now I guess - and is even worse than before it seems.
